What's new in Quo: Claude connector, improved HubSpot integration, and more

Your conversations are full of insights. This month we made it easier to access them — whether that's asking Claude to surface patterns across thousands of conversations or searching inside a call transcript for an exact moment where something was said.

Plus a few updates to help you move faster.

Here's what's new:

Surface insights and automate work with our Claude connector

Quo now has an official Claude connector. That means you can ask questions about your conversations, send texts, pull transcripts, look up contacts, and more, all without leaving Claude.

Ask things like: why are deals being lost, what complaints come up most often, what do customers love. Claude surfaces patterns across thousands of calls and texts that you'd never spot reviewing them one at a time.

Claude asks for approval before it sends a text or creates a contact, and it can only access what your Quo account already can.

Connect Quo in Claude under Settings → Connectors

Gain valuable insight by accessing your transcripts from Claude, which are in the Business and Scale plans. If you’re on a Starter plan, you can upgrade by navigating to the plan & billing section in settings, or you can talk to Sales.

On May 14, join Quo co-founder Daryna Kulya and customer Chris Sands (CEO of Hannon De Palma & Associates) for a live demo of their Quo <> Claude workflows.

Update HubSpot contacts without leaving Quo

HubSpot contacts used to be read-only in Quo. Not anymore.

You can now edit a contact's name, email, phone, job title, and company directly in the app, and changes sync back to HubSpot within seconds. No more switching tabs to correct a detail mid-call.

Look for the sync status icon on any HubSpot contact to track progress.

No setup needed. Works automatically for all existing HubSpot integrations.

Find exactly what was said

Now you can search for any keyword within a call transcript — matches highlight as you type and you can jump between results.

Example: A prospect mentions specific requirements during a discovery call. Pull the exact transcript to make sure your proposal reflects precisely what they said, word for word.

And, if you want to copy the entire conversation with a contact as markdown, that conversation now includes full call transcripts that you can paste into a doc, CRM note, or LLM.

Phone number settings are easier to navigate

A tidy workspace is a happy workspace. Finding the right setting used to mean scrolling through a long list. Now your phone number settings are grouped into six tabs: General, Users, Business hours, Call flow, Automations, and Integrations. Everything is still there, just easier to find, and with more space for additional settings in the future.
