Happy New Year! 🎉 We hope you had a chance to recharge over the holidays. We've been kicking off the year by shipping a handful of important updates to help you work faster, stay connected, and keep conversations moving. Here's a quick roundup of what's new:

Monitor audio quality with a new diagnostics panel to help you understand and troubleshoot audio quality issues during a call. If your connection becomes unstable, you'll see simple suggestions, like moving closer to your router, closing bandwidth-heavy apps, or switching networks, to help improve call quality right away.

Connect Quo with Attio to automatically log calls and messages, contact syncing, and keep your team in sync. Your Sales and Support teams will love having a complete and up-to-date view of all your contacts.

Copy any conversation in markdown format and drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or any AI assistant. What used to take 30 minutes now takes seconds. We also have a Model Context Protocol (MCP) beta to securely access your Quo data directly from your AI assistant.

We've also shipped a few updates to make it easier to create, update, and manage your call flows, so changes go live exactly when you need them.

• Schedule call flow changes to publish automatically.
• Edit business hours in the call flow builder.
• Use text-to-speech to create greetings.
• Upload custom hold music or choose from one of our options.

On top of the above, we have also implemented a handful of other powerful updates across the platform, including:

• More phone number options at signup
• Pinned conversations expanded from 5 to 50
• API enhancements for more flexibility and reliability
• Editable internal threads to keep team context accurate
• Smoother message syncing across conversations
• Smarter voicemail auto-replies so customers hear back faster
• Improved A2P registration visibility to better track setup progress
